Arbitration against Thomas Scott and Up closets, result in a 6-digit Judgement against Thomas Scott and Up closet

Arbitration against Thomas Scott and Up closets, result in a  6-digit Judgement against Thomas Scott and Up closet

Here’s a screenshot of Scott’s post about Leo Goldberger, which is filled with lies and distortions (we’re preparing to challenge it in court). In the meantime, you’ll notice Scott himself made a key point about how arbitration cases aren’t always public—though there’s actually a site that tracks them.

That said, Scott just lost a major arbitration case this week and was ordered to pay a nice six-figure amount in his very first arbitration. He’s now scrambling to settle it quickly to avoid it being registered in federal court, where it would become part of the public record (As per Divorce Attorney Moser)

Don’t worry, Scott—we’ll make sure the truth stays front and center. And don’t forget: you’re required to disclose this in Item 3 (Litigation). If you don’t, it will only create bigger problems for you. We’ve got that covered and will be there to hold you accountable for it - You welcome!
