WHEN IN TROUBLE - BLAME LEO
.jpeg)
Thomas, this is the version of you we've come to expect. When things get tough, you point fingers—“Leo did it!”—even when it's not true. And yet somehow, you expect people to believe it. Spoiler: they don’t. The issue isn’t that they don’t know where the money should be going—they absolutely do. The problem is that no one on your team believes it’s actually being spent that way. And frankly, they have good reason. Don’t just say where the money is supposed to go. They already know that. Show them. You’re not dealing with fools. You’re dealing with smart, capable people who will hold you accountable for your actions, and eventually they will figure out what everyone that ever worked with you knows already!
